Mehdi Mollahasani: NDP Candidate in Willowdale
 At a nomination meeting on November 26, 2009 Mehdi Mollahasani was nominated and approved by the membership to be the candidate for Willowdale in the next federal general election.

Mehdi is an entrepreneur and owner of Envented, an advertising and design company. Since 2005 Envented has worked with local community organizations and businesses and helped progressive politicians with their communication needs. He is an active volunteer with Iranian Cancer Support Group, Cycling for Human Rights in Iran and Race for Dignity Challenge. He is currently Co-Chair of the Ethnic Liaison Committee and an executive of the Ontario New Democrats.
