Mehdi Mollahasani is the New Democratic Candidate for Willowdale in the May 2, 2011 election. Mehdi is a graduate of Seneca College and is currently a student of Creative Advertising at The School of Communications Arts at Seneca College. He is also an entrepreneur and owner of Envented, an advertising and design company. Since 2005 Envented has worked with local community organizations and businesses and helped progressive politicians with their communication needs. Mehdi has volunteered with Iranian Cancer Support Group, Cycling for Human Rights in Iran and Race for Dignity Challenge.
